Construction shouldn't feel like a black box. Here is exactly what happens, from your first call to the final walk-through.
The call
You describe what happened. We ask the questions that determine which service applies and roughly what it's likely to cost. Same-day callback during business hours; 30-minute callback for 24-hour emergencies.
Site walk
One of us comes to the property within 24–48 hours. We photograph, measure, and listen. You get a written summary the next business day — what we saw, what we recommend, what we still need to know.
Scope & quote
Written scope with a fixed price. Line items you can read. No "subject to discovery" surprises baked in. Where there's genuine uncertainty (unknown structural conditions behind a wall), we say so and price that allowance separately.
Schedule
A real start and finish date — not "a few weeks." We work backwards from your deadline and tell you immediately if it isn't realistic. If your timeline is constrained by an insurance approval or a permit, we tell you which one and why.
Build
One crew, one project lead. Daily progress photos in the portal. Weekly written status on cost and schedule. Every crew visit is QR-scanned at the door — you can see exactly who was on site and when.
Walk-through
Final walk before any closeout payment. Punch list gets done before we leave, not after. Warranty terms in writing, with the actual signed paper in the portal.
You hear about it the same day. In writing. With the impact.
If a scope change comes up — a hidden condition behind a wall, a material on backorder, a permit detail that affects the schedule — you get a written change note that day. It includes the dollar impact, the schedule impact, and the reason.
You approve the change before any work changes. Not after. Not at the end of the project.
This is not a generous gesture. It is how construction is supposed to work. We just put it in writing.
