The owner portal carries the project record for one Remedy job. Residents and boards each have a password for their own view. Residents see the schedule, the photo record as it builds, and the notices the project lead writes. Boards see all of that plus the contract, change orders, and the financial ledger. The password was sent by the project lead when the project opened.
