About Remedy

A firm built for the work that comes after.

Shanu Montanero leads Remedy Reconstruction as CEO. The firm exists for a specific reason. Too many HOAs end up in litigation over construction that was never built right the first time. When the case settles and the funds are released, someone still has to do the work. That is where we come in.

We rebuild what prior contractors failed to deliver. We shape scopes, budgets, and phasing from the start so the path is clear before the first crew arrives. And we run the project the way a board would run it if a board had the time, with one point of contact, plain language updates, and prices that match the work.

What we insist on

Occupied-space discipline. Residents stay in their homes while we work. That sets the standard for noise, access, dust control, and notice. Communication is calm and on a steady cadence. Pricing is line-item and transparent. Change orders are written and signed before a change happens.
