Remedy Reconstruction is a licensed general contractor built for occupied-space reconstruction in multifamily communities. We work with HOA boards and property managers to repair what time, water, and prior construction failures have left behind, while residents stay in their homes.

What we do

Three pillars of the work.

Post-litigation reconstruction. When construction fails, we step in to rebuild it right, executing settlement-driven repairs with clarity and alignment to scope and budget.

Building envelope and waterproofing. We install integrated systems that protect the most vulnerable parts of the building, built to last, not to fail.

Structural and finish repairs. Balconies, decks, stairs, framing, concrete, paint, and coatings. The work that keeps a community whole and the work that keeps it looking that way.

Most of our projects happen inside occupied buildings. Residents stay in their homes during the work. That changes how we plan access, set quiet hours, sequence noise and dust, and communicate. The board signs the contract. The residents live with the result. Both deserve the same care.
