Practice

Services.

Everything below is handled by one project lead — Shanu, or someone reporting directly to her — from estimate through final walk-through. No handoffs between trades. No "that's a different subcontractor."

01

Insurance restoration

Same-day mitigation. We start with the work that stops the damage from compounding (board-up, tarping, water extraction, structural drying) and run the rebuild on the same project number, with the same crew, billing directly to your carrier where supported.

  • Fire · soot & smoke removal
  • Water · extraction · structural drying
  • Storm damage rebuild
  • Mold containment & remediation
  • Xactimate estimates · scope review
  • Supplemental claims support
  • Direct carrier billing where supported
  • 24-hour emergency dispatch
02

HOA & multi-unit

Roofs, envelopes, common-area renovation, and capital projects across multiple units. The board gets a formatted report and budget visibility every week. Each resident gets photos and notices for their own unit, in their preferred channel — email, SMS, or printed paper notice taped to their door.

  • Full-roof replacement
  • Siding · gutters · exterior envelope
  • Common-area renovation
  • Per-unit QR-locked evidence portal
  • Board-formatted weekly status
  • Multi-channel resident notices
  • Reserve fund draw documentation
  • Lien waivers · COI per draw
03

Remodels & additions

Plans through permits through finish. One project lead. Subcontractors are recurring partners, not lowest-bid strangers. The schedule we quote is the schedule we hit, or you hear about why — same day, in writing, with the impact.

  • Kitchen remodels — gut to finish
  • Bathroom remodels
  • Whole-house renovation
  • Additions · single-story · second-story · ADUs
  • Basement finishing
  • Accessibility modifications
04

Commercial & emergency

Tenant improvements, small commercial ground-up, and 24-hour emergency response. We coordinate with property managers, work after hours when tenants need to stay open, and respond to fire/water/break-in emergencies the same day.

  • Tenant improvements
  • Small commercial ground-up
  • Office & retail buildouts
  • Light industrial
  • ADA compliance work
  • 24-hour board-up · tarping · fencing
  • Water extraction · pump-out
  • Structural shoring
