HOA & multi-unit
Roofs, envelopes, common-area renovation, and capital projects across multiple units. The board gets a formatted report and budget visibility every week. Each resident gets photos and notices for their own unit, in their preferred channel — email, SMS, or printed paper notice taped to their door.
